Dispensing Equipment
HFD300 High Flow Dispensers
TITLE:
High Flow Dispenser
PURPOSE:
To have a fully self-contained dispensing system with high performance that can
be transferred from chassis to chassis, quickly and easily.
These designs are the benchmark in design efficiency and quality and have
become accepted as standard on mobile dispensing applications.
The units are easy to use, quiet, lightweight, have very low maintenance
and are capable of meeting individual needs.
The High Flow Dispensers are also NSC Approved.
OPERATION:
A hydraulic control valve is mounted next to the hosereel. The lever locks forward
to drive the pump or will rewind the hosereel when pushed backwards and has spring
return (deadman action). The operator can select his desired rewind speed with a
separate flow control valve mounted to the reel.
The air eliminator discharge port has a special tank fitted that
collects any product that may spray from the unit and will automatically drain
this product back into the pump when a predetermined level is reached, this
prevents staining the ground during pumping and recycles fuel which is normally wasted.
As an option, the dispensers can be supplied with EMH500 or EMH600
electronic registers which are solid state & extremely reliable.
ADJUSTMENT OR SERVICE:
Pump has an optional air control valve on the bypass pressure. The flow
rate through the pump, can be adjusted by changing the bypass pressure.
Clean the air eliminator filter monthly and empty air eliminator
tank as required.
MOUNTING:
Mount using 6 off M12 or ½" high tensile bolts.
The only connection to make is two hydraulic hoses on fittings provided
(1/2" BSP typical).
WEIGHT:
HFD300 = 190kg (dry weight based on 38mm hose)
HFD450 = 205kg (dry weight based on 38mm hose)
HFD600 = 225kg (dry weight based on 38mm hose)
OPTIONS:
HFD300 - commonly know as 12" version
- holds 15m of 38mm hose
- holds 24m of 32mm hose
HFD450 - commonly know as 18" version

LTE Tight Fill Elbows
TITLE:
LTE3X3 - Aluminium elbow 80mm male camlock x 80mm titefill elbow.
LTE3X4 - Aluminium elbow 80mm male camlock x 100mm titefill elbow.
LTE4X4 - Aluminium elbow 100mm male camlock x 100mm titefill elbow.
PURPOSE:
This elbow is used to connect discharge hoses from roadtankers to fill underground storage tanks fitted with titefill adaptors LTA4X4 and LTA4X3.
OPERATION:
The elbow is clipped onto a LTA adaptor fitted to the fill line of an underground storage tank. One end of the flexible hose is then connected to the inlet of the elbow and the other to the road tanker. Flow can be observed through the inbuilt sight glass. Sealing by lip seal on the side of the titefill adaptor as this surface is very rarely damaged or worn.
PERIODIC SERVICE:
No set period. Service as required.
If the seal is damaged or worn no disassembly is required just remove and
replace.
VARIANTS:
LTE3X3, LTE3X4, LTE4X4, VTE 3
Difference between LTE4X4 and LTE3X4 is male camlock adaptor inlet can
be either 80mm or 100mm.
MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION:
Aluminium body
Low-swell high acrylonitrile seal
Acrylic sightglass
MOUNTING:
Hand mounted push & click with quick release clip-levers.
WEIGHT:
3.9kg
TECHNICAL DATA:
100mm bore all through for minimum pressure drop.
LTE4X4 style is fitted with a 100mm male camlock on the inlet end.
LTE3X4 style is fitted with a 80mm male camlock on the inlet end
ILS Suction Strainers
TITLE:
In line strainer for 76mm and 102mm diameter flow.
PURPOSE:
Lightweight inexpensive aluminium suction line strainer for larger pumps such as those fitted to large vehicles and prime movers for bulk industrial deliveries.
OPERATION:
Protects down stream equipment such as meters and pumps from debris and foreign objects. Strainer basket can only be fitted for correct direction of flow. Drain bosses provided in body and lid to suit any mounting angle.
DISMANTLE:
Simply remove lid by unscrewing 2 off lid retaining nuts and remove basket.

HR150 High Pressure Hosereels
TITLE:
High pressure hose reel suitable for petroleum products.
PURPOSE:
The HP series of hose reels are a generation of reels for high pressure use and
available with hand or hydraulic rewind and in different sizes. The HR150 has
incorporated all the HP hosereel style features into the old style HR6. It has
the same robust construction - stiffened cheek plates, extremely sturdy thick
wall manifold with added strength from steel inner drum, steel base frame and
self aligning bearing. Flow area is equal to 38mm throughout. Sealing is by lip
seal and all models incorporate an optional lock. Ball bearings look after
rotation, with end thrust being taken care of by heavy duty circlips and thrust
washers. All components are easily replaced and manifold rubbing surfaces are
nickel plated for long life.
The HR150-LM replaces the old style HR6-LM cartwheel with aluminium
cheekplates.
OPERATION:
Just un-hook nozzle and dispense hose to the required location. To rewind the hose a hydraulic motor is used. The hose nozzle storage can be fitted with interlocks to help prevent drive away accidents and product spills.
